Tension is 75% of the reason why you smoke
Before seeking therapy for help to stop smoking it is essential that you prove to yourself that you really want to stop smoking. And the way to do that is to commence a new behaviour to replace the smoking behaviour. The new behaviour is to eliminate tension from your body and mind for it is this tension that is responsible for a large percentage of your smoking behaviour.
Once you remove the tension, what is left is habit and habits are easily eliminated with hypnotherapy. Hypnosis is a great way of dealing with the habit because this habit is in the subconscious mind and can be eliminated with the use of hypnosis.
